  • If you become dehydrated, that means that the roots of the hair will not be getting the hydration and nourishment that they need and this can directly affect hair growth.
  • Make it routine to drink a glass when you get up in the morning to start the day out hydrated! Having not had water in the eight hours you were asleep, the body could use that boost of moisture in the morning.
